Orisoft’s UnifiedPAY is a payroll system developed to cater more than what is required to complete a month-end payroll processing. The ideal of the system allows multiple databases storage of information, which enables more than one user to access the same database at any one time. It assists users in handling the entire payroll functions, ranging from capturing employees’ information to calculation of salaries. It is also enhanced with embedded standard report such as government report, pay-slips, bank listings and many more which meet the payroll static requirements. In addition, it also provides the flexibility to print reports for other management purposes. Thus, it helps saves time to prepare statutory reports.
UnifiedPAY use a multi-level security feature in the software helps to protect against access by unauthorized personnel and enhances the flexibility to assign different data storage locations and non-executive payroll.
In the other hand, Orisoft’s UnifiedHCM is a software solution for the human resource management that assists an organization in managing human resource optimally and with greater effectiveness and efficiency. According to Orisoft Technology Sdn Bhd, the system was designed exclusively for Windows GUI environments. Graphical user interface (GUI) is a type of user interface that allows users to interact with electronic devices using images rather than text commands and which is easier to use. The programme is compatible with other Orisoft modules such as UnifiedPAY. With this solution, users are able to collaborate with other necessary Orisoft modules to further enhance the operation standards and transform the HR management to excellence
As a first time users, UnifiedHCM only need a minimum guidance and work are done faster because we are now works visually. Simple point and click operations are all that’s needed to accomplish tasks from building a Human Resources database to creating analysis reports. Uses of user defined codes expedite the data entry and help to establish the standardization in the management of our human resources. The query feature allows HR personnel or users to view employee records instantly with multiple combination query criteria. The mobile employee image allows users to view the employee’s picture at any of the data entry screen within the system.
A multiple filter criteria and sort sequences in this system added as an advantage; we can use the built-in filter and sort functions to filter out the not required record and sort the record accordingly to our preferred sorting sequence at any of standard report or graph. The screen or report configuration allows us to format the report accordingly, such as bold the character, highlight the column, change the font size of the words, underline the words and etc.
